CFR Executive Search Serbia is a high quality Executive Search Company which also offers recruitment and talent assessment services. Our company joined CFR Global Executive Search in 2015 when we attended its global conference held in Istanbul. CFR Global Executive Search is a well-established network of Search & Selection Consultancies with a presence in over 30 countries worldwide. From our office in Novi Sad, CFR Executive Search Serbia supports local and international organisations who need recruitment and/or assessment services in Serbia and the surrounding region. Additionally, through our international partners in the CFR Network, we are also able to support our clients in Serbia who may need to recruit into their international operations. In such case, we act as Project Managers and support the local clients during the international recruitment process.
